Independent support service
Scholar Publication Services provides independent manuscript editing, formatting, journal-selection guidance, submission preparation and reviewer-response support. We are not a journal, publisher, university or indexing database and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, Elsevier or any other third party.
No acceptance or indexing guarantee
Journal acceptance, peer-review outcomes, publication dates and indexing decisions are controlled solely by journals, publishers and indexing services. We do not guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing, citations or a specific editorial decision.
Author responsibility
The author remains responsible for originality, accuracy, research ethics, data, citations, permissions, authorship, disclosures and the final submission. Authors must review and approve all edited files before use.
Academic integrity
Our services are intended to improve clarity, organisation, language and presentation. We do not support fabricated research, falsified data, plagiarism, impersonation, undisclosed authorship or misleading claims.
Scope, quotation and delivery
A project begins after the scope, deliverables, price, payment terms, files and delivery target are confirmed in writing. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or timeline. Delivery estimates depend on timely receipt of complete files, instructions and feedback.
Revisions, cancellation and refunds
Revision limits, cancellation terms and refund eligibility are governed by the written quotation and the amount of work already completed or committed. Major source-file changes or new requirements may be treated as additional work.
